AG Merrick Garland Sued For Abuse of Power & Violating U.S. Constitution

Notoriously liberal Merrick Garland was once nominated for a seat on the U.S. Supreme Court. These days, he’s being sued by American citizens for abusing his authority as Joe Biden’s attorney general and trampling the Constitution.

With every wrong-headed investigation and partisan power-grab, the shill for the Democratic Party proves he was never worthy of a post on the high court. In what proves to be the most troubling move made by Garland so far, he directed the FBI to target, intimidate, and label parents who disagree with teaching Critical Race Theory as “domestic terrorists.”

“Parents absolutely should be telling their local schools what to teach. This is the very basis of representative government,” Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell reportedly said. “They do this both in elections and — as protected by the First Amendment of the Constitution — while petitioning their government for redress of grievance. Telling elected officials they’re wrong is democracy, not intimidation.”

The Biden Administration flunky responded to a letter reportedly penned by the left-wing National School Boards Association sent to Joe Biden. The letter reportedly misstates wide-reaching facts. The association goes as far as to claim school districts are not teaching Critical Race Theory, despite the fact many have been caught after lying to parents. What’s particularly telling about Garland’s federal intimidation effort is that state and local law enforcement agencies — not the federal government — handle garden variety incidents of assault and harassment.

“You directed federal law enforcement to partner with state and local governments to address ‘threats of violence, and other forms of intimidation and harassment’ of ‘school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff’ in public schools,” Sen. McConnell reportedly responded. “The memorandum purports to respond to a ‘disturbing spike’ in threats and harassment against these officials — although it’s silent as to the supposed perpetrators or any actual predicates for this action.”

The rising anger of parents about teaching hate and allowing males into girls’ bathrooms has sparked justifiable national outrage. Garland, like Joe Biden’s handlers, wants to silence anyone who disagrees with progressive politics. That’s why loving parents who are being targeted as domestic terrorists recently enlisted the American Freedom Law Center to fight Garland’s abuse of power and attempt to subvert the First Amendment with a civil lawsuit.

“In this lawsuit, the plaintiffs, all of whom are concerned parents, are seeking a court order to halt the recently announced policy of the Attorney General to use federal law enforcement resources to silence parents and other private citizens who publicly object to and oppose the divisive, harmful, immoral, and racist policies of the ‘progressive’ left that are being implemented by school boards and school officials in public school districts throughout the United States, including in the public schools in Saline, Michigan, and in Loudoun County, Virginia,” the American Freedom Law Center states.

Left-wing school board members in Loudon County sidelined one teacher for speaking out against allowing males into girls’ bathrooms. The district reportedly later covered up a rape allegation after a boy put on a dress to get into a girl’s bathroom. Members of the Loudon County school board have not yet been deemed domestic terrorists by Merrick Garland. However, the outraged father of the girl was arrested after confronting the board. He was charged with disorderly conduct and spent 10 days in jail.
