Americans scammed by the slick “lunch box Joe” marketing of the Biden campaign are about to get a rude awakening. Should the Democrat hold more than 270 Electoral College votes after recounts and legal challenges are completed, special interest groups will hold sway over your lives.
Biden has already tapped upwards of 40 current and former lobbyists to his transition team. Adding insult to injury, big corporations are now advising the presumptive winner to flood the country with cheap foreign help and eliminate tariffs on Chinese imports. The Washington Swamp powerbrokers are about to have a field day lining their pockets and outsourcing American jobs.
Ironically, Biden’s transition team put out a statement trying to get ahead of the political fallout from bringing in a seemingly unprecedented number of special interest lobbyists.
“Public servants serve all Americans, not themselves or narrow special interests,” Biden’s transition team reportedly said in a statement.
Of course, the statement itself begs the question of why Biden and Kamala Harris are concerned about public perception in the first place. Among the key names being floated are lobbyists for wide-reaching unions such as Scott Frey, who recently worked for the American Federation of State, County & Municipal Employees, and Josh Nassar, a registered lobbyist for the United Auto Workers. Reports indicate current education secretary Betsy DeVos will likely be replaced by Randi Weingarten, president of the American Federation of Teachers, or Lily Eskelsen Garcia, a recent president of the National Education Association (NEA).
The NEA has lobbied hard against poor and inner-city communities having access to school choice vouchers that tend to place children in a charter or religious school. What lunch box Joe is about to do is the exact opposite of President Donald Trump’s 4-year battle to drain The Swamp.
In mid-November, Biden held an under-the-radar meeting with corporate leaders that grew wealthy on cheap immigrant labor and made millions outsourcing American jobs. General Motors CEO Mary Barra, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, and Target chief executive Brian Cornell huddled with Biden, asking him to reverse Trump’s policies that forced them to hire Americans first and pay living wages. A University of Pennsylvania intellectual highlighted precisely the problem executive millionaires suffered when President Trump rolled back foreign work visas until Americans had an opportunity to fill positions.
“We found that in the aftermath of this executive order, the market valuation of Fortune 500 companies dropped by about $100 billion,” UPenn Prof. Britta Glennon reportedly said. “And suddenly they’re told: That labor is no longer available to you.’”
Prof. Britta reportedly admitted that companies try to “offshore” jobs when faced with paying higher wages. That’s why tariffs are so important to leveling the playing field for working families. Needless to say, China’s communist party backed Biden, knowing he is too weak to keep Trump’s tough tariffs in place. Beijing views Biden as a feeble, lead-from-behind puppet that won’t stand his ground, even if the Asian power invades Taiwan. China has violated Taiwan’s airspace nearly a dozen times since Biden was presumed the winner.
“I think they’re going to be much more confident now because of the Biden victory, because I think their chief nemesis and biggest worry is gone if Trump loses,” historian Victor Davis Hanson reportedly said. “I expect them to be very cautious but very, very definite in the trajectory in which they want to move — and that is to press, press, press.”
Obama and Biden sat on their hands when Russia rolled tanks into the Crimea region and seized control of portions of Ukraine. Biden and Harris won’t have the tenacity to push back as China expands its presence in the South China Sea, or continues its criminal tactics to steal American innovation and jobs.
Perhaps their Democrat buddies in the establishment media will treat the public to more photo-ops with their feet up on the Oval Office desk while families lose their jobs and homes. Special interest groups are about to hold the reins again, and the result will be much of the same. More manufacturing jobs will disappear, more businesses will relocate to other countries, public schools will decline, and the Biden family will get extraordinarily rich all over again.
