The Department of Homeland Security told Congress this week that they’re very concerned about violent MAGA terrorist attacks, because of the rumor that Donald Trump will be reinstated in the White House in August. Gosh, why would they be worried about something silly like that? That’s just a conspiracy theory… RIGHT!?
Don’t pay attention to the polls that keep telling us the creepy, desiccated weirdo in the White House has an 82% popularity rating with the people. Those are the same old liars who told us Crooked Hillary was going to win 100 million to zero in 2016.
More reputable polls to pay attention to are the ones like Rasmussen Reports. Their latest polling indicates that a clear majority of the American population now regards the Biden regime as illegitimate. 77% or Republicans, 30% of Democrats and roughly 60% of “independents” believe that voter fraud decided the 2020 election. That’s a clear majority of 51% of American voters.
That should have Team Biden quaking in their boots and having trouble sleeping at night. More than half the country now firmly believes that they’re illegitimate. They’ve completely lost the consent of the governed.
But here’s the polling stat that really has the Democrats doing the Jerrold Nadler two-step as they drop a San Francisco hobo surprise in their dungarees:
29% of Republicans believe Donald Trump will be reinstated in August.
This is based on two things: Mike Lindell’s evidence-based videos about how China played a role in stealing the election, so they could have one of their puppets back in the White House; and Maggie Haberstrom’s conspiracy theorizing in the New York Times.
And it has the Biden regime scared. The DHS Secretary told Congress that if the Arizona election audit uncovers fraud (there it is), MAGA protesters will attack the government and go all 1776 on them. He also told Congress that right-wing terrorist domestic extremist groups believe that the Supreme Court will overturn the election as part of this conspiracy theory.
Huh?! What dummy thinks this has anything to do with the Supreme Court, or that the Supreme Court would do the right thing even if it did finally hear an election fraud case?
There’s little doubt that there will be violence in the streets after the audits start invalidating Joe Biden’s victory, but it’s not going to be coming from right-wingers. It’s going happen when the Biden regime starts killing peaceful MAGA protesters outside the White House.
There’s no need for our side to resort to violence at this point, and likewise no need for the Supreme Court to even be involved. We have black-letter law that outlines Donald Trump’s path back to reinstatement.
The Arizona audit will wrap up any day now. It’s going to reveal widespread fraud and we all know. Let’s say the Arizona legislature does the right thing (and they probably will), and decertifies its 2020 election results. That doesn’t mean Trump suddenly gets Arizona’s 11 electoral college votes. It just means those 11 votes are taken away from Joe Biden’s total, dropping him down to 294.
Then, suppose Pennsylvania audits their results, finds fraud and decertifies. That’s another 20 electoral votes, which would drop Biden’s total down to 274. Then if just one more state audits its election and decertifies – even Nevada with its six electoral votes – Biden’s total drops below the constitutionally required majority of 270.
If neither candidate has 270 electoral votes, the 2020 presidential election would be decided by a vote in Congress. Each state gets one vote and Trump wins 27 to 23.
Bing, bang, boom! Trump is reinstated (sometime around late September to mid-October would be my guess, rather than August). It’s constitutional, it’s already-established law, and there’s no need for the Supreme Court to step in and screw it up.
That’s one way to resolve this peacefully. But there is another foolproof plan that would prevent violence, since the Biden regime is so “worried” about that:
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris can resign tomorrow. Admit that their party cheated in collusion with Big Tech companies and China on a mass scale to steal the 2020 election. Tell the American people that Donald Trump legitimately won by a lot, and then go away. See? Simple solution!
Trump should be reinstated and the crooks who are responsible for this feaud arrested.
As was said in ancient times can be said now. ” The gods cannot take back their gifts.” Even if a requisite number of states de-certified their electoral votes, would Congress be obliged to accept the de-certification? It might say the states cannot take back their votes once certified, fraud or no fraud, no more than an individual voter can take back his vote even if the vote was fraudulently induced.
We’d be getting into a very gray constitutional area here. Some have suggested seeking an extraordinary writ of quo warranto be brought before the Supreme Court seeking a mandamus ordering Congress to decertify. That would be entirely unprecedented and I believe the Supreme Court would be very hestitant.

There is absolutely precidence re vote fraud in our Presidential elections. NIXON vs JFK- LBJ ELECTION. It was going to be a close election, and LBJ told Kennedys he could bring in a Kennedy win IF they ran him as VP candidate to reward him. Kennedy didn’t like him and didn’t want him as VP, but finally agreed. LBJ used the votes of tens of thousands of DEAD voters never cleaned off voter rolls, and did bring in a very close win. An illegit, fraud win. JFK became “President”, LBJ / VP. However, that fraud was finally uncovered. Officials came to Nixon to tell him he actually won and could be rightfully put into office and JFK/LBJ Kicked out. NO SCOTUS DECISION needed. Nixon decided not to as he felt it would destroy people’s faith in elections.
