A mother in Florida, is suing her child’s school board, and has issued a warning to parents across the country, after her child – who is allegedly transgender – transitioned at school without her consent.
The Florida mom, who is also a mental health professional by the name of January Littlejohn along with her attorney Vernadette Broyles, discussed the lawsuit with Fox News and noted why she is so “outraged” over what has happened with her daughter.
“This is happening all over the nation,” Littlejohn warned on “Fox & Friends First” on Monday. “This same protocol is in place in many, many schools across districts everywhere, and even the guides being used to dictate these transgender support plans that cut parents out even have the same language.”
“So, this is a very systematic way that parents are being excluded from important decisions occurring with their children, and further, social transition is a medical intervention that schools are grossly unqualified to be taking these steps without parental involvement,” she continued.
Littlejohn said that during the pandemic, her 13-year-old daughter had expressed that she was experiencing some confusion over her gender, after a group of friends had decided one day to become boys and had “transitioned” to the opposite sex.
It was after this that Littlejohn discovered that her daughter’s school had been working with her on a “transgender support plan,” but would not allow Littlejohn to be involved in the plan, citing that Littlejohn is apparently “protected by a nondiscrimination law.”
“Eventually we did see the transgender support plan, which was a six-page document that they completed with my daughter, that was 13 at the time behind closed doors, where they asked her questions that would have absolutely impacted her safety, such as which restroom she preferred to use and which sex she preferred to room with on overnight field trips,” Littlejohn said.
Republican lawmakers have sent a letter to Education Secretary Miguel Cardona, after it was reported that a 12-year-old girl, had reportedly attempted to commit suicide, after she had undergone secret meetings with her school, regarding transgenderism.
“There are lawsuits in Wisconsin, Maryland, Oregon, California,” Broyles said. “This is a national agenda, and parents need to recognize they have the right to direct the upbringing, education, care, medical decisions, mental health decisions of their child.”
“They need to assert that right with their school,” she continued.
Some parents in Massachusetts are also suing their child’s school, after officials had encouraged children to use names and pronouns, without the consent of parents.
Schools only have one thing they are supposed to do, and that is teach children how to read and write and do their math homework. Schools have no place in deciding or encouraging a sexual orientation or gender confusion or whatever it might be.
One only must look at what is happening now to the Walt Disney Company, after they attempted to supplant parents’ rights to raise their children how they see fit. Now they are paying a huge financial cost as they are losing the special privileges afforded to them by the Reedy Creek deal.
Nobody likes these freaks but they’ve been allowed to gain way too much power over every aspect of American society. Fear of offending is the new Plague and it’s just as deadly. The only way to deal with Marxist intimidation is to attack it and defeat it. They’re puffed up bots, we’re pissed off millions and we have to learn to stop apologizing and go for their jugular!
You are 100% correct. Thank G-d I am not raising children, but I fear for my younger grandchildren and future generations if this is not stopped. I would sue every last one of them – teachers, principals, school committees. They are despicable in every way. The children no longer have good academics due to these freaks having another agenda other than academics. I would guess that they are not really qualified “teachers.”

I am in agree with you as well as with Mr. Carlos etc…These individuals, at our schools & School Board levels, have crept into our school’s Administration; as well as in the “teaching ranks,” without any problem! They have established themselves into our whole State of Florida Educational System without anyone’s calling them out … TILL NOW!!
Well, it’s time to PURGE these confused and unfavorable individuals, who have undermined us, here in Florida!!! Gov. DeSantis is RIGHT ON POINT!!
Speak up! Go to your School’s Parents Meetings; ask for an audience witb the Principle and see where your school stands on all of these “WEIRD” changes that are being implemented!!!

I agree with Tim Allen. He said that if you wish to speak to a 5 year old child about sex, you don’t need to be a teacher! If you want to talk to a 5 year old about sex, you should not be allowed within a mile of a school!!
