Global Islam Takeover Emerges At The United Nations

Let me paint you a picture. The most powerful diplomatic body on the planet — the institution supposedly tasked with keeping world peace — has a secretary-general who just hopped on a plane to Turkey to fast for Ramadan. Not because he converted. Not because he had some spiritual awakening in a Ankara café. But because it’s his annual tradition.

Annual. Tradition.

You’ve got wars grinding through Europe, famine ripping through Africa, China rattling sabers at Taiwan — and António Guterres, Portugal’s gift to globalist bureaucracy, is doing his yearly solidarity fast like it’s a religious pilgrimage on the taxpayer dime.

His spokesman Stephane Dujarric explained the trip with a completely straight face at a press conference:

“As you know, every year, the secretary-general undertakes a Ramadan solidarity visit. This year, he will travel to Turkey, to the capital, Ankara, to pay tribute to the extraordinary generosity of the Turkish people over many years.”

As you know. As if this is totally normal. As if the head of the United Nations flying to a foreign capital every single Ramadan to fast with Muslims is just another Tuesday. Move along, nothing to see here, don’t ask why he doesn’t do this for Easter, Diwali, or Hanukkah — that question apparently didn’t make the press briefing agenda.

And here’s where it gets stupid.

Just days before boarding the plane, Guterres used the U.N.’s own International Day to Combat Islamophobia to deliver a sermon — because that’s what it was — declaring that Islam’s two billion followers “hail from all corners of the globe, reflecting the vast diversity of humanity itself.” Lovely. Then he dropped the line he clearly had been workshopping for weeks:

“Let’s eradicate the scourge of Islamophobia from every country and community.”

Eradicate. That’s a strong word. The U.N. can’t eradicate poverty, can’t eradicate corruption in its own ranks, couldn’t eradicate a single Blue Helmet scandal — but Guterres is locked, loaded, and laser-focused on policing your feelings about Islam. That’s the priority. You can sleep soundly tonight.

While in Turkey, Guterres will collect the Atatürk International Peace Prize — accepting it, his office says, “on behalf of U.N. personnel throughout the world.” So now every U.N. staffer owns a Turkish peace award. Congratulations, I guess.

He’ll also sit down with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan — the same Erdoğan who has systematically dismantled press freedom, jailed political opponents, and turned Turkey into a one-man show wrapped in an Islamist flag. Real solidarity there, António.

Meanwhile, the United States — under Trump — already had the vision to see exactly where this train was heading. Trump pulled back from U.N. overreach, cut funding, and refused to let American taxpayers bankroll a globalist operation more interested in religious optics than actual governance. He didn’t tiptoe around the dysfunction — he called it out with a megaphone.

The left screamed. The media clutched their pearls. The U.N. crowd called it isolationism.

Now watch the secretary-general fast for one religion, collect awards from authoritarian regimes, and lecture the rest of the world about their supposed prejudices — and tell me again who had the right instinct.

This isn’t diplomacy. It’s a slow-motion institutional capture dressed in humanitarian clothing. The U.N. doesn’t represent the world anymore — it represents a very specific worldview, and it’s been flying business class to Ankara every Ramadan to prove it.

The world’s most powerful multilateral body has an ideology. It just doesn’t say so on the letterhead.
