Impeachment Hoax: Trump Expected To Defeat Washington Elite Dems, Again

If Americans had any doubt Democrats’ impeachment charade amounts to nothing more than political theater, former President Donald Trump won’t even show up, and he’ll most likely win.

Democrats trolled out the usual misinformation about the miscreants who overran Congress, snapping selfies and opening Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s mail. Impeachment managers would like to rewrite history into a hyperbolic fiction by claiming the former president incited a violent insurrection that threatens the very fabric of our democracy. Truth be told, President Trump called for peaceful protest and urged calm in the wake of massive election fraud.

“It’s not a crime. I mean, the House is impeaching him under the theory that his speech created a riot. When you look at the facts, many people had already planned to attack the Capitol before he ever spoke,” South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham said. “Yeah, well, here’s what I would say, that if you believe you committed a crime, he can be prosecuted like any other citizen. Impeachment is a political process. We’ve never impeached a president once they’re out of office.”

Upwards of 45 senators voted to dismiss the impeachment articles before the kangaroo court convened on the grounds the entire farce is unconstitutional. U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts refused to serve on that very basis. Liberals now act as prosecutors, jurors, and judges in what makes the United States of America resemble a Banana Republic.

A recent poll indicated that 64 percent of Americans anticipate ex-President Trump will prevail, again, and Democrats are furious he is thumbing his nose at them from the golf course.

“The House has invited President Trump to voluntarily testify under oath, yet President Trump immediately rejected that opportunity to tell his story. The House will establish at trial that this decision to avoid testifying supports a strong adverse inference regarding President Trump’s actions (and inaction) on January 6,” Democrat impeachment hoax manager Rep. Jamie Raskin wrote to the former president and his legal team.

Obviously, the left has little interest in that pesky U.S. Constitution because the Maryland congressman plans to directly subvert Pres. Trump’s Fifth Amendment rights. Constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley noted that Rep. Raskin is willing to trample our founding principles. It all tallies up to a pathetic attempt to prevent voters from re-electing Mr. Trump in 2024, should he run.

“A former law professor, Raskin declared that the decision of Trump not to testify in the Senate could be cited or used by House managers as an inference of his guilt — a statement that contradicts not just our constitutional principles but centuries of legal writing,” Turley wrote. “There was a time when members of Congress not only respected this rule but fought to amplify it. The Supreme Court has been adamant that the type of inference sought by Raskin is abhorrent and abusive in courts of law.”

Mounting, fact-based evidence indicates that the Capital breach was orchestrated by members of left-wing groups Antifa, Black Lives Matter, as well as angry Trump Supporters in the “Stop the Steal” movement.

It would be difficult to pin anything on President Trump, given the truth. But, as frustrated Democrats already know, they don’t have the votes to convict, again. Mr. Trump is expected to fittingly hand them another humiliating loss while working on his tan in Florida.
