Liberals Push Outlandish Slave Reparations To Swindle Black Voters

Democrats are making a desperate plea to bring African-American voters back into their ranks by pushing phony hearings and propaganda that they will pay slave reparations. The forked-tongue promises by prominent Democrats hoping to gain their party’s presidential nomination is another con job in a long line of deceptions perpetrated by Democrats on African-Americans.

For decades, liberals persuaded black voters their policy positions would prove beneficial and deliver opportunity to disadvantaged minority Americans. They left out the fact that Democrats — not Republicans — were the slave owners who fought the Civil War to keep the immoral practice in place. Since convincing many inner-city African-Americans that liberal politicians felt their pain, crime, underperforming schools, and high unemployment were the rewards black voters got from Democrats.

Since President Donald Trump and the GOP pushed through the America First policies, African-Americans have enjoyed the greatest economic prosperity in the history of the nation. The latest dog and pony show by Congressional Democrats over reparations is less than a swindle, it’s a tale told by idiots, signifying nothing.

New Jersey Senator Cory Booker has been among those Democrats leading the narrative that somehow American taxpayers are going to funnel massive wealth to African-Americans despite the obvious unconstitutionality of such a move. Like his embarrassing “Spartacus” moment during the Brett Kavanaugh U.S. Supreme Court hearings, Booker continues to show he lacks the substance to ascend to the White House.

“We as a nation must address these persistent inequalities,” Booker said at a reparations hearing. “It’s about time we find common ground and common purpose to deal with this ugly history.”

The New Jersey senator and presidential hopeful introduced legislation that would pay African-Americans for the harms of slavery. No living American today was ever in bondage. Still, celebrities such as actor Danny Glover and author Ta-Nehisi Coates, who wrote an essay called “The Case of Reparations,” put on a spectacle for the fake news media to grab sound bites.

“It’s impossible to imagine America without the inheritance of slavery,” Coates said. “For a century after the Civil War, black people were subject to a relentless campaign of terror. It is tempting to divorce this modern campaign of terror, of plunder, from slavery.”

And while Democrats felt secure the liberal, biased media would push their seemingly compassionate narrative, it has become apparent to many African-American leaders and icons that Democrats are the source of sin.

“Every bad thing that’s happened to my race over the years, you can go right back to the Democratic Party,” retired NFL player Burgess Owens said.

He proposes that the Democratic Party should pay for “all the misery” wrought on African-Americans. “Whether it be Chicago, whether it be Mississippi,” he said.

Owens grew up in the Deep South during the 1960s before becoming a Super Bowl champion. His values appear inherently Christian, conservative, and resonate with the pride of hardworking Americans. He had harsh words for Democrats and their false promises.

“My dad, my granddad, my great-grandfather worked too hard for their history to be forgotten. That’s actually what it takes for this socialist-Marxist shadow, and that’s all reparations is,” Owens explained. “It’s another socialist way of getting people dependent, angry, and divided.”

“This is typical of what the black leaders are doing, (they) mention that this was all white people. No, it was the Democratic Party. The whole issue was President Roosevelt — FDR — He made a big deal about how to keep our race down during his administration because the southern Democrats owned him,” Owens added. “Let’s go ahead and have them go ahead and pay into this pot with the Democrats. They can do it to get the guilt off their chests, and we can all move forward.”

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has been a particular target of Booker and company’s fake reparations movement. The Senate leader pointed out that slavery ended about 150 years ago, and the GOP continues to put forth policies that improve the quality of life for all Americans. Democrats have historically rejected them in favor of welfare dependence.

African-American unemployment remains at its lowest in history, and opportunity has never been higher. Black leaders have begun the BLEXIT movement to leave the Democratic party, and the president polls high among minority voters. Reparations are nothing but a desperate con job by a party losing power.
