As President Joe Biden stumbles amid a surge of COVID-19 cases, progressive lawmakers are busy dumping on fellow Democrat lawmakers who don’t fully agree with them. Their comments, while not entirely surprising, are almost sure to be used by the GOP to showcase the Democrat Party as disunited, radical, and out of touch with reality.
The push to dump on moderate Democrats started when a bipartisan group of senators announced they had reached an infrastructure deal, a move that could help to pass a bill funding spending on the nation’s roads and bridges, modernize the electric grid, and more. While many aspects of the bill are controversial, progressive Democrats didn’t bother offering constructive criticism. Instead, they stuck to complaining that they’re not getting everything that they wanted — and then complained that all the senators who negotiated the bill happen to be white.
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez went so far as to imply that people of color were “excluded” from the negotiations.
Progressive anger over the bipartisan deal was nothing compared to their wrath over the House’s failure to extend an eviction moratorium for renters, millions of whom are now in danger of being booted from their homes. AOC rightly blamed House leadership for the fiasco, but then went on to dump on “conservative” Democrats who didn’t want to hold the vote.
Many landlords are making mortgage payments on the homes they rent out. Furthermore, they are required to shell out money for property taxes and other expenses even though tenants are staying on in the homes rent-free. However, reality didn’t stop the far-left congresswoman from calling her colleagues “cowards.”
Leftist lawmakers are calling on the President and/or CDC to extend the moratorium even though the Supreme Court made it abundantly clear that only Congress has the authority to make such a declaration.
Recent happenings have laid bare the schism in the Democrat Party at a time when the party can ill-afford to appear disunited and inept. Voters are growing frustrated with President Biden’s bungled handling of the recent surge in COVID-19 cases. They are also upset over the fact that the administration has been unable to pass meaningful legislation even though Democrats control the White House and both houses of Congress.
If the party fails to get its act together, it will almost certainly cost Democrats control of the House and even the Senate in the upcoming mid-term elections.
Can someone explain to me where or how did a twenty some some odd Bimbo Barmaid aquire all this policy and political knowledge – world traveler expertise – foreign affair experience. I have never understood where AOC came from. She is an anomaly and very irritating. We think she is Soros’ bimbo because what else could she be? If she is S’B, then what is her real background? She is definitely a Communist based on her desires about how she wants the USA to be….. And that makes me wonder if she is really female…I know of very few women who are leaders of their countries and that is not to say a woman wouldn’t do a great job in that role…and then I think of Kamela. Is AOC a relative of Kamela? What is AOC’s HISTORY and how did she get to be such a loudmouthed censoring machine of the USA?

AOC’s congressional life began as a Lone Wolf ( tear down everything in the U.S. and replace it with Technium that doesn’t exist ). Of course, the manic progressives jumped aboard to become the “Squad”, falsely believing this philosophy is popular with Americans, this group has morphed into a Pack.

Our system has proven itself to the most successful system in the history of the world. Why would we swap it for a system that has proven to fail at every turn. Do I need to list those countries that have failed? China only exists as a power because of us, not anything they have done.
6 months after AOC was elected, a survey was done and only 12% of her district knew who she was. I would guess that New Yorkers Do Not Put a great deal of thought into their elections. After all, They Elected Cuomo As Governor and DeBlasio As Mayor. Two of the biggest idiots in political history.
