On Tuesday, White House press sec. Karine Jean-Pierre avoided a question concerning President Biden’s involvement in the family business. Originally, the White House disputed Joe Biden’s participation.
“The House Oversight Committee is setting out their new investigations, and they have claimed to have proof that Joe Biden misled to the American people about his role in his family’s business dealings,” Fox News’ Peter Doocy said before the report. “Did he?”
Jean-Pierre sidestepped the subject by claiming that the Republicans are neglecting their vow to rein in Joe Biden’s skyrocketing inflation and are instead focusing on the Biden family business. Republicans in the House have opened nine investigations into the Biden family business for possible violations such as tax evasion, wire fraud, and money laundering.
“They don’t want to focus on the people of America,” Jean-Pierre explained. “They aim to highlight political divide.”
She said that those in power wished to concentrate their attention on something that the general populace of the United States did not want to see.
According to a recent poll, the majority of people favor the investigation of Biden’s family business. Sixty-two percent supported the investigation, with 42 percent strongly supporting it. Thirty-four percent were against.
According to further polls, 58 percent of people believe Joe Biden has an involvement in his family’s business. Sixty percent believe Hunter Biden sold “access and influence” to President Biden.
There have been at least 17 instances in which Joe Biden has been active in the family business. These instances include images of Joe and Hunter Biden having a meeting with business partners as well as a voicemail from President Joe Biden to his son Hunter Biden regarding a Chinese energy transaction.
“Hi, this is Dad. It’s 8:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Please contact me if you have the opportunity. There is nothing urgent. I just wanted to chat to you,” Joe Biden stated in a 2018 voicemail.
“I thought the online story, which will be printed in the Times tomorrow, was nice. I believe you have made your point. And anyhow, if you have a chance, phone me, I love you,” he said.
Oh! Forget Joe Biden.
The man can do no wrong. He can hardly remember where he is when he is there (Really?).
How do you expect him to remember how he sold the country to PRC, using his son as a bag man, the same as Chapo uses his son. And the most intelligent person Joe knows – his son Hunter did not realize how he was being used to be a scapegoat later.
If, after investigations, Hunter is charged and pardoned by Joe, that pardon should be proof enough of Joe’s complicity and guilt.
BTW, Congressman elect Santos (NY) is being asked to resign for what he did during two elections and Joe gets a free ride doing the same thing for 50 years.
Just that Santos was more efficient.
