The phrase is agency non-acquiescence. And for those who claim this is a first, or that it sets a precedent, it is not.”

While the admin can delay complying to the judges ruling, they cannot ignore it. The admin is not the judicial arm of government. They can’t just ignore rulings. This admin seems to do that alot as they still don’t enforce our immigrations laws and havent since they took over. We have a lawless admin.
