In his State of the Union speech to Congress last week, President Joe Biden laid out his plans for a second term.
Biden will discuss the post-COVID-19 recovery and lay out the administration’s initiatives to “restructure the tax system, enhance housing availability, and cut the federal budget deficit,” according to White House staffers ahead of the event.
“The economy has added about 15 million jobs since the president took office.” For the past two years, the unemployment rate has fallen to less than 4% during a time when inflation has decreased by two-thirds. “In terms of economics, his major aim is to cut expenses for working people,” stated White House Domestic Policy Director Neera Tanden. “We are witnessing a surge in small companies, and incomes have grown faster than prices since the start of the epidemic.”
Speaking as president, Biden’s speech will undoubtedly have a political undertone, especially considering that it will occur two days following the primaries, whereby both Trump and Biden easily secured their party’s nominations and their primary rivals withdrew.
According to White House officials who briefed the media, Biden’s address would revolve around the hypothetical query, “Which side are politicians on?” in an effort to present himself as a “champion of working Americans and Democratic values.”
Political observers contend that because of the growing divisiveness in Washington, D.C., and changes in the media environment, State of the Union addresses no longer have the same agenda-setting power as they once had. However, Biden will see this as an opportunity to speak to Americans who aren’t usually political junkies, especially with millions of spectators expected.
NBC News reports that Biden’s staff members have stated that he will not be proposing any new immigration laws. Moreover, a congressional source who examined a draft of Biden’s speech and two administration officials voiced doubts about the president’s ability to take any unilateral action over immigration or the southern border.
In the meantime, 45th President Trump said on Wednesday that he will be giving live, “play by play” statements on Thursday in response to Biden’s 2024 speech.
If Biden made any accusations against the Department of Justice, the US Southern Border, or his own investigations, Trump vowed to respond right away.
On social media, Donald said, “I’m happy to inform you that we will be conducting a LIVE, Play by Play, of Crooked Joe Biden’s address.” “I will make it my mission to correct any misinformation, particularly in light of the southern border and his extraordinary use of the FBI, DOJ, AGs, and DAs as tools against his political rival, ME. By doing this, we’ve previously broken all previous records and produced amazing outcomes. Getting the TRUTH is crucial for the country.

No matter how much money is spent on trying to “buy” votes, it is up to us “We, the people” to decide which candidate will do more for “We, the people”. Myself, as only “one” individual voter (am an independent voter) my vote itself does not say much but if another two or three hundred million other voters can make the difference. I just hope every vote is casted due to personal opinion and not due to party affiliation.
Hope that every legal citizen’s vote is not canceled by an unlawful or illegal vote.
Well right thats true our votes should count, but there not going to count if the elections are all being rigged. We could all go vote for Trump, and they would still truck in fake ballots, stuff ballot boxes, use Dominion voting computers, and use these v chips inserting over and over again.
