According to Sunday’s statement by the chief investigator, criminal referrals will result from the corruption-focused impeachment investigation investigating President Joe Biden.
While addressing his intentions to move forward with a public hearing this week, House Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY) made the statement on Fox News. Hunter Biden, the son of Joe Biden, declined to appear following his participation in a private deposition last month.
“The Bidens won’t come out looking good if he doesn’t show up,” he warned Maria Bartiromo of “Sunday Morning Futures,” referring to the three witnesses who have testified under oath and given vastly different accounts of the Biden influence peddling operations.
Comer mentioned that they had reached the stage of criminal referrals, which is a very severe matter. Comer stated that there will be “many” criminal referrals when Bartiromo queried the chairman about the number of pending referrals; however, he did not specify how many or who would be getting them.
Biden and his supporters have attempted to derail the impeachment drive by characterizing the investigation as a “sham” since it does not find any grounds for impeachment. Evidence of Biden seeing and interacting with family members’ acquaintances belies the president’s assertions of involvement in their economic affairs.
The White House and Biden’s legal staff have been involved in “huge obstruction,” according to Comer. “Congress has been able to receive perhaps 80% of the material that we have sought,” he said nonetheless.
According to Comer, “we have accumulated many pieces of evidence of wrong doing, from the 170 suspicious activity to the multiple companies that were used to launder money and then send the different Biden family members incremental payments.” These payments originated from Romania, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Russia, and the majority of them occurred during Joe Biden’s time as US vice president.
“We have given the Bidens chances to clarify their true line of work. Aside from their influence peddling, I am unable to identify a single genuine business that the Bidens were involved in,” according to Comer. “And I believe the majority of Americans would concur that it is unacceptable for members of the president’s family to benefit financially from our global enemies.”
Holding individuals accountable for criminal activity is now the aim, he stressed. Furthermore, we have proven that several members of the Biden family have engaged in criminal conduct on multiple occasions.
You can impeach Biden on what he has done at the Border alone. He has let illegals invade our Country. Broke border laws.
Then impeach him before he takes all our money away, and starts a war that can’t be stopped.

Is it not one of your sacred duties as a member of Congress to assure the the laws are adhered to and to act when the President violates the laws of the land by impeachment? If not then all of this has been a waste of time and money and the next elections will hold you accountable even if you can not hold Biden accountable!
