President Biden informed a friendly interviewer that European-origin Americans should be treated with respect even when they’ve become a minority in the country.
He told the liberal website ProPublica, which is backed by wealthy donors, “We are going to turn into a minority-white European country very soon, and sometimes my Democratic colleagues do not speak up enough in order to make it abundantly clear that that isn’t going to affect how we work.”
Biden urged that Democrats treat white Americans with respect because they and their children are quickly becoming a racial minority in their own country. He said,
“It’s not so much the money that matters; it’s treating them respectfully. The Democratic Party has sometimes not paid enough attention to their wants, fears, and worries in the past. So, it seems that many of the guys that I grew up knowing in Delaware and Scranton, Pennsylvania, don’t feel like they’re taken care of. It wasn’t so much because of policy as it was because no one talked about their needs.”
Polls taken recently show that the vast majority of Americans are against the government strategy of mass migration, which has helped keep most Americans’ incomes low since 1990. This resistance is growing quickly because Biden has sped up the flow of people moving into American jobs, schools, homes, and politics to change their wealth and population.
Biden’s warning was probably planned by his staff. It comes prior to the 2024 election when Democrats expect to lose votes since many Americans don’t agree with Biden’s plan for migration.
But his call for “respect” comes at the same time that other Democrats are using more controversial language to stop immigration laws from being enforced.
“Not only are we a nation of immigrants, but the immigrant population is what this country is all about,” Representative Robert Garcia (D-CA) claimed at the same meeting. He was born in Peru and came to the United States illegally with his parents.
That Democrats’ harsh language is dangerous because it can also get Republicans to the polls, even though the GOP won’t show the financial and political costs of Biden’s move because they want to protect their donors.
This very unpopular strategy has been sped up by Biden, who works closely with Wall Street investors. For instance, he has brought in about one immigrant for each American born in the same year this past year.
It was John Harwood who did the interview. He is not a Republican. He is a well-known reporter, and he asked Biden:
“The 50 million Americans who believe the United States is changing in ways that are bad for white people, men, social conservatives, small towns, and blue-collar workers…The Public Religion Study Institute did a study and found that 40% of individuals who identify themselves as ‘Christian nationalists’ believe that Patriots may have to use violence to protect the country. Is this fear of change what threatens democracy?”
Biden initiated his call for “respect” by saying that people who disagree with government immigration policies are acting out of “hate.”
