When James worked for Americore Health, he clearly used his closeness to powerful people to make money. James Biden joined Americore, a company that ran hospitals in a number of states, close to the end of Obama’s presidency.
It looks like James Biden has no experience in healthcare (are you surprised?), but it was still clear how valuable he was. To get people to give money to his brother Joe, James Biden said he could open doors and get money from companies all over the world, including a big Turkish company.
But the investments that were promised never came through. Americore filed for bankruptcy in December of 2019. Later, after a few weeks, the FBI searched an American office in the state of Pennsylvania as part of a probe into “white-collar crimes.”
Politico revealed in 2020 that Americore’s poor administration has left the company beset by legal issues. People who invested money or worked with the company filed suit against the management, saying they broke vows and stole money. In particular, James Biden is accused of moving money from Americore without permission or “outside of the usual course of business.” A former executive says that James borrowed more than $500,000 from the business in personal loans in 2018. It’s possible that James has never paid these loans back.
Last week, Representative James Comer (R-KY), who is the head of the House Oversight Committee, said that James Biden sent money to Joe Biden, who is now president, in 2018. James got a cash payment from Americore for $200,000. The same day.
“In contrast to James and Sara Biden’s company bank account, Americore transferred a $200,000 loan into their personal account on March 1, 2018,” according to Comer. “The same exact day, James Biden wrote Joe Biden a check for $200,000. The check was written from the exact same personal bank account.”
It’s such a strange occurrence. Could there be a connection between these payments?
One important fact is that the money James got from Americore may have been illegal.
“James Biden sent this money to Joe Biden to ‘payback’ a loan. Americore, a business that was having trouble, gave James Biden money, which he ultimately sent to Joe Biden,” Comer stated.
It’s important to get the precise dollar amounts and times of the transfers. Since we are not working for the Bidens, we can’t look at their bank information. To achieve that, you need subpoena authority from the government, which Comer possesses.
Joe Biden received a personal cheque for $200,000 on March 1, 2018, directly from James and Sara Biden.
