According to newly released transcripts of special counsel Robert Hur’s interviews with President Joe Biden over his handling of secret papers, Biden lied about his testimony.
Hur’s February assessment found that Biden knowingly held onto secret material, but it did not suggest filing any criminal charges because it said that Biden was prone to forgetting things and would come out to jurors as a kind elderly guy. The fact that Biden could not recall the year his son Beau passed away was one of the report’s most important revelations. An inquiry about his son, according to Biden, surprised him, and he claimed Hur had brought up the death.
In February, Biden stated, “There’s even a remark that I don’t recall when my kid died.” “How on earth is he able to bring it up? It was honestly not my concern that they were asking, as I felt at the time.
According to the transcripts that ABC was able to get, Biden raised his kid. Biden seemed perplexed when people started asking him about his activities following Trump’s election as president.
“And so, up until this moment, I hadn’t… I hadn’t given up on the possibility of running for office once more. However, in the transcript that ABC was able to get, he stated, “If I were to run again, I would be running for president.” What was going on, though, and what month did Beau pass away? God, it’s May 30th.
After two interviewees mentioned that it was 2015, Biden questioned, “Was it 2015 that he had died?” May of 2015, someone said in response.
In other transcripts, Biden responded to Hur’s request for a truthful account of past occurrences by saying, “I’m a young man, so it’s not an issue.”
In addition, Biden said, “She’s stunning,” and expressed his hope that investigators had not discovered “any risqué images of my wife in a swimming suit.”
Biden clarified to interviewers that he had no intention of holding onto any confidential material.
“It would be wrong for me to keep obviously classified materials, and I had no use for them,” he said, adding that his staff had removed his possessions from the White House. “To the best of my knowledge, they were the ones packing up and choosing, you know, where things were going, but I don’t want to hold them accountable or get them in trouble,” he said.
Biden also talked about rearranging boxes in his garage so he could park his car, but the crates contained secret data. He claimed not to be aware of what was within the crates.
“I recall manually shifting boxes, with assistance, from one side to the other in order to fit the Corvette into that garage on the left,” stated Biden. In other passages of the text, Biden talks about “creating vehicle sounds” and his Corvette.
Hours before Hur is scheduled to appear before the House Judiciary Committee, the transcripts were made public.

I absolutely agree 100%. To think that Biden is the best the Democrats could come up with to run for president in 2024 is mind boggling. I am several years older than Joe is, but I would certainly not be running for persident even though I am in much better shape than he is. We NEED President Trump; it is sinful that we need to sit and wait to see if he can win the election. And people don’t seem to realize – and remember – that President Trump was not paid for his Presidency; he declined payment, in addition to the good he did for the USA. Biden first wife, Biden blamed a drunk truck driver killed his wife, he know it was a lie ,but didn’t want to say it was his wife wasn’t being watching the road.
