House Democrats Advance Election Takeover Insurgency

With Americans holding their collective breath as U.S. citizens try to escape the clutches of the Taliban in Afghanistan, Democrats used the crisis as cover to advance their own insurgency. On a 219-212 party-lines vote, House Democrats approved legislation that allows them to seize control of elections in every state and strip the U.S. Supreme Court of its oversight authority. Jihadists in the Middle East are hunting and killing freedom-loving people, but domestic terrorists in Congress are trying to overthrow American democracy.

The H.R. 4 bill, commonly called the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act of 2021, imposes federal control over state and local elections. The radical effort by left-wing extremists is designed to eliminate election integrity safeguards such as showing ID and proof of residency. The left sees voter fraud as a pathway to aggressive power-grabs that utilize illegal immigrants voting and blind mail-in balloting.

After winning the White House in a highly controversial fashion, Democrats want to recreate the loose election oversight that allowed late-night counting in Georgia and a reported truckload of ballots transported from New York into Pennsylvania. The 2020 elections discrepancies made the United States look like a Banana Republic, and that’s precisely the type of one-party dictatorship they hope to achieve.

“I will vote against H.R. 4 because it federalizes elections by giving election micromanaging power to federal bureaucrats. I will vote against H.R. 4 because, much like H.R. 1, it undermines America’s Republic and effectively turns our election results into what we so often see in North Korea, the old Soviet Union, Venezuela, and any number of other pretend republics,” Congressman Mo Brooks reportedly said. “Citizens can vote, but the election results are predetermined. In sum, H.R. 4 dishonors the American lives lost defending our right to vote and way of life.”

During the run-up to the 2020 elections, liberal activists posing as impartial judges backed Democrats who made last-minute changes that ran contrary to voting laws. Some Obama-era judges went as far as to create their own set of voting policies and procedures, effectively sidestepping the power vested in lawmakers. These and other violations were reviewed and struck down by the high court, tasking local election boards to follow elections laws on the books. Democrats and their conspirators in the fake news media routinely call the U.S. Supreme Court’s prompt decisions to follow the rule of law a “shadow docket.”

Purposely opening the flood gates to foreigners voting in American elections and promoting fraud may outrage hard-working Americans. But that is just the tip of the spear. H.R.4 also hamstrings the U.S. Supreme Court from reviewing violations of election laws. If the measure clears the U.S. Senate and Joe Biden’s handlers tell him to sign it, Democrats could run roughshod over every citizen’s right to equal voting rights.

Nothing could be more shadowy than callously using the slaughter in Afghanistan to sneak through an attempt to overthrow free, fair elections on the home front. Everyday Americans may have more to fear from enemies in the homeland than terrorists abroad.
