The National Constitutional Law Union (NCLU) has come out with a plan for how President Trump can beat the wave of fake charges that have been filed against him at both the federal and state levels as a way for his political opponents to interfere in the election.
A lawyer named Todd J. Aldinger wrote the 17-page strategy memorandum, which breaks down the points used in the charges against Trump.
“All of the court cases directed at Donald Trump should be thrown out because a President can’t be held responsible for something he did while he was in office unless he has been impeached first. In other words, everything a President does while in office must be assumed to have been legal unless the President is found guilty of impeachment,” Allinger wrote.
“From a legal point of view, the President can’t be held responsible for anything he does with his executive power, no matter how smart people think it is. As long as the President is in office, he is the only one who can decide if what he is doing is in the best interest of the country,” he said.
“Unless Congress thought such a course of action was so bad that it would lead to an impeachment verdict, every course of action has to be found to fall within the ‘outer perimeter’ of executive power as long as the President can explain why he thought that particular course of action was best for the national interest,” Allinger said.
The report continued by outlining various legal defenses that Trump and his legal team may use to claim immunity.
Allinger said, “Mr. Trump has different ways to fight the charges made against him in these indictments, yet he has no legal way except for a Writ of Prohibition to fight the fact that he received an indictment in the first place, especially since the indictments are related to his time in office and he hasn’t been found guilty of impeachment.”
Trump is paying attention to the right people as he prepares for the battle of his life. He would be smart to keep listening to groups such as the NCLU and ignore the political elite, which is reviled and not honest.

The way this article reads it’s presumptive that they’ve already been informed. I hope this answers your question as I honestly don’t know any more than you do but I read the article a couple of times over and it seems to me that he has this information. Joan, I’m 83 with great grands. When I was 30, my husband, their father left us for a 16 yo! He “gave” me our four children because SHE was too young to be a mother!
