Hunter Biden’s Gun Charges Finally Come To This

As his attorney informed the judge this week, Hunter Biden is anticipated to enter a not-guilty plea to all three federal firearms charges.

This week, Special Counsel David Weiss charged Hunter Biden with making a false statement when buying a gun, having a gun while illegally using or addicted to a controlled substance, and making a false statement about information that a federally licensed firearms dealer is required to keep.

Hunter Biden could get up to 25 years in jail and a $750,000 fine, but his attorneys say the charges will be dropped before he goes to court.

Abbe Lowell said, “Mr. Biden will also plead not guilty, and there’s no explanation why he can’t say these two words through video conference.”

“Hunter Biden’s 11-day possession of an unloaded gun did not pose a threat to public safety, however, a prosecutor who yields to political pressure, wielding immense power, poses a serious threat to our justice system,” stated Lowell. “We think these charges should be dropped because of the deal the prosecutors reached with Mr. Biden, the recent decisions from several federal judges that this regulation is unconstitutional, and the fact that Mr. Biden did not break the law. We plan to show all of this in court.”

Additionally, Lowell requested permission from the court for Hunter Biden to make a video appearance before the judge:

“To reduce the needless strain on the government’s resources as well as the disturbance to the courtroom and downtown areas when an individual under the protection of the Secret Service travels across the nation and then needs to be brought into or out of a downtown location.”

“We kindly ask that Mr. Biden’s first court appearance in this case be done by video conference,” Lowell said.

Lowell also said that Biden isn’t asking for anything special by making this request. “He has been to and will be at any event that requires him to be there in person.”

Hunter Biden could go to trial in the future if Weiss doesn’t give him a plea deal like he received in July whenever the “sweetheart” deal fell to pieces when the judge looked into it. Charges could be dropped before going to court.

CNN said that Hunter Biden’s fingerprints and photos were taken before his plea deal fell through in July. Because the picture was in federal court, it was not shown to the public.

  1. How can hunter get away with this gun charge and many people who a gun and not registered in there name they go to jail. Signing a piece of paper falsely is a crime especially when getting a gun. Hunter should be in jail now for that he was a drug during that time. Look how fast they after Trump.

  2. He should not get any special treatment. He us guilty and it’s about time he gets charged like everyone else

  3. They, the Biden Family Crime Syndicate have the Media, the DOJ the FBI and the secret Service scrambling to cover for any and all of the Biden criminals. It’s not like you or I being charged with Felonies and relying on a Public Defender. We would most assuradly be in prison for decades.
Justice will not be served equally when it comes to these criminals in Washington.
