Joe Biden, Trump’s successor, presented the Presidential Medal of Freedom to the team’s co-captain Megan Rapinoe.
Following a 0-0 stalemate in Melbourne this week, the Stars and Stripes were eliminated from the Women’s World Cup earlier than ever. She was one of the players that missed their penalties in the shootout.
Trump, who is seeking re-election to the White House in 2024, said on his own TruthSocial platform that the defeat was “fully emblematic of all that has taken place to our once magnificent Nation through Crooked Joe Biden.”

She remarked, “I mean, this is kind of a terrible joke. I consider this to be dark humor. I blundered a penalty.”
Before the national polls, Trump, the leading candidate for the Republican candidacy in the 2024 presidential election, must contend with a number of legal issues, including claims that he attempted to tamper with the outcomes of the last election.
The team received more comfort from First Lady Jill Biden, who is the wife of President Biden, rather than from Trump.
“Today, your tenacity and resolve motivated us. You have our admiration,” she tweeted.
“Always keep in mind that you inspire girls and women to show up and pursue their aspirations worldwide.”
When you represent your country and are paid for the teams expenses you should do so and not disrespect them and expect respect in return.
Bravo on your clear thinking on an issue that is clouded with improper and untruthful media coverage regarding the displayed attitudes of some of the players on the USWNT. The only issue is that not all of the players subscribe to the anti-American displays by the likes of Rapinoe. Rapinoe missed a game winning penalty shot, and left the penalty area smiling!!

Once was the pride of our nation? The U.S. women’s internation soccer team is, in all prospect, no more. Unless they rid themselves of this political Woke crapp. The team, knowing or not, repsents our nation on the international stage.
