Conservatives Blocked From Defending Themselves

The radical transvestite who killed three kids and three adults in a Nashville Christian school last year left a suicide note and other deranged writings, which the FBI wanted suppressed or possibly destroyed. Michael Patrick Leahy, the editor of the TN Star, infuriated the low-level Dem judge by publishing these documents.

Judge l’Ashea Myles of the TN 20th Judicial District Chancery Court ordered Leahy to appear in court for a show cause hearing when Stacy Cameron, a journalist for a nearby Fox News station, effectively blew the whistle on the TN Star for doing what major media outlets failed to do.

The declared goal of the hearing was “to find out why the putative documents published by Petitioners Star Media do not break the Court Order, subjecting them to legal contempt proceedings and punishment.”

The allegation was that Leahy and the parent company of the Tennessee Star might have obstructed the Metro Nashville Police Department’s lawsuit for the complete release of the tranny killer’s writing by publishing pieces that were subject to the judge’s in-camera evaluation.

Investigative journalist Steve Baker of Blaze News was in the courtroom on Monday, and he said that it became evident very immediately that Myles “wished she did not call the hearing.”

According to Baker, “it seemed as though she was attempting to escape out of it.” “She started something that was outside the law, something that was above her pay grade and over her head.”

Despite the fact that Leahy was the main focus of the hearing, he and his attorney, Daniel Horwitz, were only able to say a few sentences. Rather, Myles seemed eager to use the other attendees as a platform to air out their complaints and issues, effectively filibustering her own case by proxy.

According to Baker, the judge allowed everyone else to speak, except for the man who called the hearing. “Michael Leahy’s lawyer stood up twice, but each time she interrupted and stopped him in his tracks.” She informed him that she would not be hearing any arguments about the issue today.”

Baker went on, “She really stated this: ‘Your arguments are not yet mature.'”

According to The Star, Myles reframed the hearing’s objective to gain a sense of the “landscape” of the circumstances.

Despite his intention to delve deeper into some of the more shocking parts of the hearing in an upcoming Blaze News post, Baker’s perception of the hearing was clear.

“What did I just witness?” Baker made this statement on “The Michael Patrick Leahy Show” on Monday. When the court adjourned, my initial reaction was, “What the heck?”

“She was interested in knowing where each person stood. She often stated, “I’m only the judge,” implying that she was not the investigator. As the prosecutor, I am not. I am merely the arbiter, and my purpose is to obtain comprehension. At the conclusion, she summed it up and said, “Okay, now I understand.” Upon the adjournment of court, Baker remarked, “Does she realize how much of an airhead she is?”

In the days preceding the show cause hearing, Myles probably knew “she had made a mistake,” Baker told Blaze News, and she probably didn’t want the case to wind up in an appeals court.

“After starting the car, she realized, ‘I blew it here.'” “I shouldn’t have done this,” Baker said further. “She had her ass covered.”

“She did not allow my attorney to show reason why I should not be put in contempt,” Leahy said in response to the show cause hearing’s decision on his show on Monday. She altered the meeting’s objectives.”

  1. Make crime illegal again (with harsh consequences). Coddling violent criminals only ensures they remain so. Deterrence really does curb crime. Actually prosecuting to the fullest extent for illegal guns and violent crime would, work wonders. But leftists love the derelicts of society and sees them as the actual victims and hate all of us with decent values and a moral compass.

    1. And. . . .bring back the death penalty. Why should taxpayers pay for violent criminals to live in prison for life? A violent criminal pleading mental illness/insanity is BS.

  2. All conservatives are to shut up and obey not to rock the lies and corruption of our own government. We the people see the those who need to be outed for their corruption and we will make sure they are well know in the future to all. These corrupt government officials are all going to be a household name in the future.

  3. Unfortunately, you are right, Pat. How did the people in this country get stupid enough for this insanity to happen?
