Joe Biden Now Openly Helping Terrorists

The Biden government is thinking about plea deals for the man who is thought to have planned the attacks on September 11, 2001, and four other people who helped him. This would mean that these individuals would never have to face being executed.

The AP received a letter that had been sent to the families of some of the people who died in the terrorist attacks. The letter reportedly said that a plea agreement could be made soon. In the letter, the FBI and the Pentagon told the families that the suspects might not get the death sentence if they took a plea deal.

The letter is said to have stated that “The Office belonging to the Chief Prosecutor is already negotiating and is thinking about signing pre-trial deals.”

Families were allegedly informed that although no plea bargain “had been finalized, and could never be finalized,” it is still feasible that a pre-trial deal in this case might avert the death penalty.”

The letter, which was dated August 1, 2023, instructed recipients to contact the FBI’s victim services section with any comments or inquiries regarding a potential plea bargain by August 21, 2023.

The FBI did not say anything to the Associated Press about what was going on.

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the person that the 9/11 Commission said came up with the idea for the 2001 strikes, doesn’t have a court date yet. Mohammed is said to have told al-Qaeda head Osama bin Laden that they should attack the United States. Bin Laden then gave permission for a plan to be made.

Four other people who would gain from the plea deal are said to have helped the plane attackers in different ways.

According to the Associated Press, there have been many delays and court disagreements over how the men should be treated, especially when it comes to interrogations and claims that the CIA tortured the men at Guantanamo Bay.

The accused need to be prosecuted in civil court, according to Jim Riches, whose son was a fireman that perished on 9/11. Former New York City deputy fire chief who attended proceedings at Guantanamo Bay in 2009 has now given up hope.

“Why should you believe it?” Riches inquired. The letter “provides us a little hope,” he said.

“Regardless of the number of letters they send, Riches remains unconvinced that justice would be carried out until he actually sees it.”

Peter Brady, who also got the letter, said, “It is about making people accountable, and this plea takes that away.”

Brady, whose father perished in the 9/11 attacks, stated that the issue “needs to be dealt with through the legal process,” not be resolved in a plea bargain.
