Secret Spy Bases – You Won’t Believe Where The CIA Is Working

The NY Times revealed an astounding and extremely delayed admission on Sunday, revealing that US intelligence had played a significant role in Ukraine’s wartime decision-making. It had also established and funded advanced command-and-control spy centers and had been doing so for some time before the Russian invasion on February 24, two years ago.

The program’s ten-year history, spanning three distinct American presidents, is one of the most significant discoveries. The former Soviet state and its capabilities have reportedly been “changed” by the CIA initiative to modernize Ukraine’s intelligence agencies, according to The Times, making it one of Washington’s most significant intelligence partners against the Kremlin today.

This has involved the CIA building a network of 12 covert sites along the Russian border—work that started eight years ago—and covertly training and arming Ukrainian intelligence operatives, going back to just after the Maidan coup events of 2014. These intelligence stations are used to launch and track cross-border drone and missile assaults against Russian territory. From these locations, Russian commanders’ communications may be intercepted, and Russian spy satellites can be tracked.

This indicates that the world has moved one step closer to World War III with the revelation of the long-kept “closely guarded secret,” as it implies that the CIA is primarily to blame for the success of the most recent wave of attacks, which included direct drone strikes on important energy infrastructure and oil refineries.

“We could not have resisted or defeated the Russians without them [the CIA and the special commandoes it trains],” stated Ivan Bakanov, the former chief of the SBU, the internal intelligence agency of Ukraine.

Gen. Serhii Dvoretskiy, a key intelligence commander, is revealed as a major source of the NYT findings, information that may not come as a surprise to those who never willingly embrace the mainstream ‘official’ story of events.

It is obvious that Kiev and Washington now want the public to be aware of the close intelligence ties they have attempted to hide for the previous ten years. Maybe this is a warning to Moscow that the US is fighting alongside the Ukrainians as Ukraine’s soldiers are retreating. However, the information disclosed in the NY Times article also supports President Putin’s specific accusations made against Washington from the start.

Here are seven of the most significant disclosures from the lengthy NYT piece, which is rich with new information and proof of the CIA’s long-standing involvement in Ukraine.

A description of the covert intelligence bunker

Surprisingly, the study includes a full account of one of the CIA’s “secret” subterranean command centers near the Russian border; the location is, of course, confidential.

“A little distance away, a covert corridor leads to an underground bunker where units of Ukrainian soldiers follow Russian spy satellites and listen in on talks between Russian generals. A red line on one screen depicted the path an explosive drone took as it passed through Russian air defenses, starting in central Ukraine and ending at a target in the Russian city of Rostov.”

“The subterranean bunker is a secret nerve center of Ukraine’s military, constructed to replace the damaged command center in the months following Russia’s invasion.”
“There’s one more secret: the CIA provides practically all of the base’s funding and some of its equipment.”

The fact is that the US intelligence network in Ukraine, which is also equivalent to the NATO intelligence network, is far more expansive than almost all previous media conjecture has suggested. For Washington and its allies, Ukraine has long served as a sizable “hub for gathering intelligence.”

“The United States and Europe described a partnership that nearly collapsed due to mistrust before it steadily expanded, making Ukraine into an intelligence-gathering hub that captured more Russian communications than the CIA station in Kyiv could initially handle, according to more than 200 interviews with current and former officials in Ukraine. Many of the officials discussed intelligence and delicate diplomatic topics while speaking under anonymity.

“With Russia on the attack and Ukraine more dependent on sabotage and long-range missile attacks that necessitate agents well behind enemy lines, these intelligence networks are now more crucial than ever. Furthermore, the CIA may have to make cuts if Republicans in Congress decide to stop backing Kyiv’s military.”

That’s a major NYT acknowledgement that Putin was essentially correct

    1. Agree 100%.They are committing Treason which was sentenced to hanging on the public square when America was “untouched “of today’s Democrats

  2. Russia is different than the US but the CIA are Nazi’s and has to be hogtied, they are the rotten apples that want death to the world

  3. The CIA, like other government agencies, does what the current administration tells it to do, much to the chagrin of those with more intellect and common sense.

  4. So why isn’t NYT brought to court and prosecuted for divulging our military secrets? All these leftists do not love America to be doing this
