CNN senior legal expert Elie Honig stated on Tuesday that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis may have damaged her election meddling case against former President Donald Trump.
Willis selected her loveboy Nathan Wade as a prosecutor in the legal case, which a Trump co-defendant claims is a conflict of interest due to the advantages she got from their connection. Judge Scott McAfee will hear a motion Thursday to dismiss Willis based on the claims.
Honig told CNN’s “Inside Politics” anchor Dana Bash that Willis and Wade may be removed from the lawsuit, perhaps ending it.
“I believe her troubles continue to grow,” Honig stated. “So, multiple defendants, including Donald Trump, have claimed that there is a conflict of interest and that she has a personal sexual relationship with one of the outside persons brought in to prosecute this case. She has recently stated that this is accurate and that there was financial intermingling that resulted in a conflict of interest.”
Wade booked airline tickets to Miami and San Francisco under Willis’ name, according to bank documents included in his divorce filings.
“There was a hearing yesterday, a zoom hearing that we were allowed to view, and the DA’s office said, ‘Judge, you should simply toss this out. There’s no need for a hearing. Well, the judge stated, “I disagree. “There are some very contested facts here. As a result, we will hold a hearing on Thursday. That will be incredibly intriguing to watch, but it will be a very difficult procedure for the DA,” Honig added.
“It might end up with the DA, Nathan Wade, or both of them being virtually disqualified from this case, which would raise even more questions about whether this case does happen, and if so, where and when,” he said.
Fani and Wade will not only be removed but should be disbarred and face criminal charges !

I think Wade was the pawn in this deal! He’s lying through his teeth to protect her and I just can’t figure out why?? The she paid me cash thing is way out there! People don’t do that in the real world. You can pretty much tell that was fabricated to protect her! Miss Fani needs to ne spanked on her fanny! Then removed from the case.

What I have seen does not speak well of the Fulton County voter.
I’m inclined to believe the Voters are disillusioned knowing that no matter who they Vote for, the ‘Fix’ is in! Fulton County, where they sent poll workers home, then used Boxes of Ballots & ran them through Vote Counter machine over & over again. Also had that ‘mysterious water leak’ that held up voting in Red Areas. Fulton County DA’s Office was rife with Corruption Before fani came in – she’s just carrying on ‘an old family tradition’ lmao. They need Major House Cleaning & people need to quit voting based on color instead of qualifications (fani is obviously Not DA material) And now she’s trying to ‘Thug’ her way through all this, screaming Race & talking hood hoping to get Blacks to be offended on her behalf & start Riots Problem is, Trump became so popular after she had him get a Mugshot that people in Fulton County Support him & not this farcical trial!

Why hasn’t Governor Kemp removed them yet?
Good question. I’m not a fan of Kemp after the 2020 election. When the Dominion machines were malfunctioning and people were not able to vote due to long lines, it became apparent to me this was all rigged by Democrats. Also, Kemp should have stepped in and had the malfunctioning machines removed and extended the voting hours until all could vote. Otherwise, those people who were not allowed to vote regardless of party had their votes suppressed.
MY OPINION
Because Kemp doesn’t like Trump and he doesn’t want Trump to be President again. Kemp should go along with his DA.
