Democrats Got in Bed with Porn Lawyer to Defame Kavanaugh

If Americans had any remaining doubt about how low Democrats are willing to go to seize power, the recent U.S. Supreme Court nominations erased them. Liberal politicians have now willingly and knowingly gotten into bed with a porn lawyer to throw dirt at the honorable Judge Brett Kavanaugh.

Republican statesman Orin Hatch has seen Senate Democrats turn the once-respected review process turned into a circus before. Sen. Hatch called the loathsome attempts to hurl unsubstantiated accusations at Judge Kavanaugh “worse than (Justice) Clarence Thomas…worse the (Robert) Bork.” But this time, Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee sunk to unprecedented depths.

“If Judge Kavanaugh committed sexual assault, he should not serve on the Supreme Court, I think we’d all agree with that,” Sen. Hatch reportedly said. He went on to point out the 35-year-old allegations Prof. Ford raised are all unsubstantiated and even would-be witnesses do not support her account of events. Faced with no supporting evidence, Democrats went much lower.

“Anonymous letters with no name and no return address are now being treated as national news,” Sen. Hatch reportedly said. “Porn star lawyers with facially implausible claims are driving the news cycle. I hate to say this but this is worse than Robert Bork and I didn’t think it could get any worse than that.”

CNN provided porn star lawyer Michael Avenatti a national platform as he filed suit against Pres. Donald J. Trump by claiming a non-disclosure agreement in which porn star Stormy Daniels received payment was not valid. They want more money, apparently. The “fake news” organization put Avenatti on nearly 60 times in a two-month period, and his allegations were embraced by Democrat leadership.

Democrats have touted the pornography lawyer’s claim that he has a sworn declaration from a woman named Julie Swetnick. The allegation reportedly asserts that Judge Kavanaugh participated in “gang” rapes during the early 1980s. The unsubstantiated claim is that Kavanagh was present while she was victimized. The Supreme Court nominee stared down the slanderous claim head-on during the hearing process.

“This is ridiculous and from the Twilight Zone. I don’t know who this is, and this never happened,” Judge Kavanaugh reportedly said. The president shared his uncensored feeling about the despicable pornography lawyer on Twitter.

“Avenatti is a third-rate lawyer who is good at making false accusations, like he did on me and like he is now doing on Judge Brett Kavanaugh,” Pres. Trump tweeted. “He is just looking for attention and doesn’t want people to look at his past record and relationships — a total low-life!”

The allegations quickly unraveled as journalists and officials looked into Swetnick’s background.

Investigative reporting by Politico uncovered her aggressive behavior toward a former boyfriend. Richard Vinneccy, who had dated Swetnick, was forced to get a restraining order against her after breaking off the relationship. Years later, Swetnick reportedly continued to threaten him and his current wife.

“I have a lot of facts, evidence, that what she’s saying is not true at all,” Vinneccy reportedly told Politico.

South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham has also been thoroughly disgusted with Democrats’ willingness to sink to unheard of immoral depths to get their way.

“From my view, just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse, it just did,” Sen. Graham. “The lawyer to porn stars has just taken this debacle to an even lower level. I hope people will be highly suspicious of this allegation presented by Michael Avenatti.”

The unseemly methods to derail and delay judge Kavanaugh’s appointment to the U.S. Supreme Court are in lock step with leading Democrats’ strategy. The judge has been vetted seven times by the FBI before fielding questions under oath. Still, Democrats are attempting to push the Kavanaugh vote beyond the November 6 election. They are betting the House that they can gain a slim majority in the Senate and vote down Pres. Trump’s nominee.

“Below is my correspondence to (attorney Lanny) Davis of moments ago, together with a sworn declaration from my client. We demand an immediate FBI investigation into the allegations,” Avenatti reportedly tweeted. “Under no circumstances should Brett Kavanaugh be confirmed absent a full and complete investigation.”

Although Kavanaugh’s nomination has moved out of committee, Sen. Jeff Flake asked the president and was granted a one-week review by the FBI to determine if there is any evidence that Kavanaugh committed sexual misconduct.

Democrats have permanently damaged peoples’ good names, turned lives upside down and gotten into bed with a porn lawyer — all this carnage just to resist and obstruct.
