Democrats would have you believe that disarming and infringing on Americans rights to bear arms, will keep us all safe and that those who legally carry for reasons of protecting themselves and potentially others who are being attacked by a criminal, is nothing more than a myth.
According to a report, however, a woman from West Virginia has proven them wrong and engaged a man with an AR-15 rifle who was attempting to kill dozens of people attending a graduation party, killing him before he could carry out further violence.
“Instead of running from the threat, she engaged with the threat and saved several lives last night,” Charleston Police Department Chief of Detectives Tony Hazelett told local news WCHS-TV.
The incident started when the man, Dennis Butler, was angry when a group of people asked him to slow down his vehicle as he drove through a graduation party being held at an apartment complex.
After he was confronted about his speed, he returned 30 minutes later with the rifle, parked and began firing into a crowd of 30 to 40 people.
The woman in the crowd, who had a legal concealed carry permit, quickly fired at Butler with her handgun, which killed the would-be killer.
“There was a graduation party, a party with kids,” Hazelett told reporters at a press conference. “So obviously somebody just graduated high school and had another birthday party. We could have had a casualty shooting there.”
Police stated that the woman, whose name has not yet been released, was not part of a law enforcement agency and was simply a law-abiding citizen.
The anti-gun lobby, however, is continuing to push the lie that disarming law-abiding citizens will somehow keep them safe from criminals and would-be shooters, despite depleted police forces after those same people lobbied to defund police departments.
“Meet The Press” host Chuck Todd talked about the horrific events that unfolded at the Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, that saw 19 children killed, along with two of their teachers.
Todd chose to focus his segment on guns being the problem, completely ignoring what it was that drove the shooter to commit such a crime in the first place.
Todd also added that “thoughts and prayers” for victims and their families are useless and don’t mean anything and that the Second Amendment is nothing more than a myth.
“It’s become our uniquely American ritual of words after each episode of this uniquely American serial tragedy. Thought and prayers, nothing we can do,” Todd said. “No law would have stopped this. The real problem is mental illness. If only the victims had been armed. More thoughts and prayers.”
Todd also claimed: “This current version of the Republican Party is being held hostage by a vocal minority obsessed with an absolute right that does not exist.”
The Second Amendment is an absolute right that Americans are born with, just like the First Amendment protects Chuck with his disgusting rhetoric, the Second Amendment is designed to protect citizens from anything, whether it be a crazed shooter or a tyrannical government.
The truth community is nowhere near done investigating Uvalde.

Wouldn’t it have been nice to hear this story on CNN or MSNBC ( like I’d turn those liars in anyhow ), but it’s my contention that if we all had a gun on our hip, none if these shootings would be transpiring.
THAT….you ignorant Democrats is WHY we have a 2nd amendment. You should be grateful this lady was there and obviously had more balls than the entire Uvalde police dept

That woman is a hero and needs to be honored, it’s good to know the 2nd ammendment is still alive and well. We all need this ammendment to protect ourselves and others.

After 36 years in Law Enforcement I have seen everything from an 85 year old Granny to a 12 year old boy successfully defend themselves and their families from violent, probated felons these same liberals turned out on us. The wisdom of the Founding Fathers in protecting this right was proven on the frontier and daily on the streets of America. It is however a major impediment to the Globalists in their all out quest to make us “ citizens of the world like Obama.
