It’s very difficult to house hundreds, maybe even thousands of men women, and children, with no ability to pay for their own accommodations in a way that would satisfy the sensibilities of the average westerner. The unfortunate fact is that American prosperity attracts many thousands of poor people from other countries, and when President Joe Biden began his second occupation of the White House, many thousands more took it as an implicit invitation to come without following legal protocols.
What’s worse, it is well known that persons traveling with children are not stopped at the border, but taken in as a matter of policy. This misguided kindness has created a massive market for children, who are being traded as commodities — as actual golden tickets to the United States. The horrors that result from this despicable trade are beyond description. But one predictable result of this modern form of slavery is hundreds of leftover, unclaimed children being kept at border facilities.
But this is nothing new. For decades, children from south of the border have been used and abandoned in this way. During the Obama Administration, the conditions they suffered were sub-standard. Under former President Donald Trump, conditions were better, comparable to life in a juvenile detention facility — but still not a dream vacation. Today, under Biden, conditions have returned to sub-standard.
The sub-standard conditions normalized by Obama and favored by Biden have been made worse by COVID fear-mongering. Despite the fact that almost no children have died from this virus, children are being kept in plastic enclosures, sleeping on hard, cold floors, on plastic-wrapped mattresses that are two inches thick at best. In these conditions, they re-breathe their own carbon dioxide all day and night.
So, to be fair, these children are not being kept in cages. They are being kept in unventilated, plastic enclosures with nothing to comfort them other than a prison-style mattress and a TV shared by 10 to 30 children per shrink-wrapped unit.
But, of course, the mainstream media is not reporting this. CNN, MSNBC, Bloomberg, all the wing-nut, losers of the progressive media — they won’t tell you about the lost, abandoned children in air-tight boxes. Meanwhile, the average American is so oxygen-deprived from wearing their ritualistic shame muzzles all day that they cannot summon the energy to care or to question.
It should be said that the enclosures appear to be clean. The clothing the children are wearing appears to be clean and fairly new. They seem to have jackets and hoods to protect them against the cold. But only God knows the damage that will be done to their health and how stunted their development will be after breathing carbon dioxide-laden air for hours, days, and weeks.
Cancer thrives in oxygen-poor, carbon-dioxide-rich tissues. This is something we warned about last year when the mask mandates started. But the spike in cancer rates and tumor growth is yet another casualty of liberal policies which the MSM will not report.
