Nearly 1.2 million foreign nationals are residing in the United States and qualify for Temporary Protected Status (TPS), which prevents deportation. This number has increased, thanks in large part to President Joe Biden’s efforts.
As of late last month, according to research from the Pew Research Center, about 1.2 million foreign nationals were eligible for or already benefited from TPS, which allows them to remain in the country, get work permits, and prevent deportation.
Since assuming office, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has expanded the list of nations where citizens living in the United States but without an immigration status are eligible for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) to include Afghanistan, Burma, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Ukraine, and Venezuela.
Biden granted TPS to almost 500,000 Venezuelan immigrants who arrived in the United States in September of last year. That came after 2021 provided TPS to about a quarter of a million Venezuelans.
The number of foreign-born people in the country has skyrocketed during Biden’s leadership.
More than 51 million foreign-born people call the United States home, making it the biggest country in American history, according to the most recent estimates from the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS).
According to CIS analysts, “the proportion of people who were born outside of the United States has increased by 40% since 2000, nearly quadrupled since 1990, and more than tripled since 1970.” “The number of foreign-born people has increased by 6.4 million since President Biden took office in January 2021, surpassing the combined populations of 33 states.”

I would advocate increasing those numbers greatly! Include the more than 11 million released into our National boundaries that were caught rewarded and transported to cities, given free rent and a preloaded debit card, and that is just the ones caught at the border. Now add in the more than 300 thousand that have been flown in during the past year, and the monthly quotas still inbound! It makes me wonder what their intentions are, is it to increase the numbers to add more representation at State and Federal levels? Most all Democrats are in favor of every single thing Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have done in regards to the immigration policies they’ve initiated, however, I do believe many of our unwelcomed guest are smarter than The Democrat Party. Once they become legal citizens, after they all meet the guidelines set forth within Our United States Constitution, I sencerely believe that they will favor Republican/Conservative values and more chose to support their policies and it’s at that point that Democrats will want to deport those people back, well after they have meet the requirements of becoming United States citizens.
