This week, President Biden called for the right to bring legal action against the producers of AR-15s and other guns that Democrats have dubbed “assault weapons.”
Biden expressed his opinion on social media:
During his presidential campaign, Biden asserted that gun manufacturers are immune from legal action, and he continues to say so now.
However, CNN fact-checked Biden’s recurring “immunity” claim this past week and noted that the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCCA), the statute he wants to abolish, does not protect gun manufacturers from all lawsuits.
CNN stated: “Gun makers are not the only sector with certain liability protections, nor are they totally safe from lawsuits. Notably, there are considerable liability safeguards for vaccine producers as well as, for the moment, for individuals and organizations involved in producing, distributing, or delivering Covid-19 measures such as vaccinations, testing, and treatments.”
Breitbart News fact-checked Biden’s assertion of gun manufacturers’ “immunity” on March 1, 2022, pointing out that PLCCA doesn’t safeguard gun manufacturers from lawsuits for poor-quality products.
Instead, it is intended to protect them against pointless lawsuits arising from crimes committed using lawfully produced and legally purchased firearms.

Georgia now admitted finding massive fraud in the 2022 vote, with a central main Dominion machine connected to each machine in the state and able to CONTROL THE BALLOTS after they were entered as “voted”, able to FLIP any votes it was told to, which is exactly what it did. They said this was likely going on in both the 2020 election and the special 2021 election that was for TWO SENATE SEATS, flipping them to Democrats to assure the Dems held a slim majority in the Senate.

How about the trailer truck unloading Boxes of ballots @ 3 Am, how about them sending republican observers home because the bathroom was supposedly not working. IMHO the votes were skewed in 2020. It’s impossible to imagine Joe actually winning while hiding in the basement. And of course, given his track record of total destruction It’s hard to believe that he could win in 2024. I’ve not yet heard an educated gun control comment from a democrat. Their leftist-oligarchist-socialist-communist leanings prevent factual intrusions necessary for educated firearm discussion. Most democrats simply follow their leader who leads nowhere.
