The Biden administration is using its Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to keep a database of more than 55 million gun owners.
The ATF obtained 54.7 million out of business paper records, something gun shop owners are required to do when they are no longer in the business under the Gun Control Act of 1968. They have also acquired 887,000 electronic records on gun transactions, keeping them in a warehouse in West Virginia, owned by the ATF.
Democrats have long tried to squash the 2nd Amendment rights of Americans and Joe Biden is determined to skirt laws in order to do that.
A national directory or database detailing firearms information and other private details is prohibited under the Firearms Owners Protection Act of 1986.
Gun Owners of America, a 2nd Amendment advocacy group, obtained the internal documents. When questioned about the move, an ATF spokesperson denied they were creating such a database.
The spokesperson stated, “Those out of business records do not constitute an initiation or continuation of any federal gun registry.”
Billions of dollars from Biden’s “Build Back Better” (note: almost every world leader is using this slogan, it’s a statement and agenda of the New World Order) plan could be used to fund gun control throughout the country.
Within the bill, section 61001 states, “funding for community-based Violence Intervention Initiatives, to support evidence-informed intervention strategies to reduce community violence.”
At a cost of $2.5 billion in taxpayer funds.
Ironically, this is coming from the same people who desperately want to defund police.
Never has there been a more crucial time for American citizens to remain armed.
You only have to look across the Pacific to Australia to see what can happen after the government disarms the population.
The amount of firearms in America is one of the pivotal things stopping a full tyrannical crackdown — it is a privilege not enjoyed in other Western nations.

Several years ago the government did a survey of military services and police that, among other things, asked if they would, if ordered, move to disarm the American people including house to house searches. 97% of the military and 94% of LEA officers said no.
Interestingly, the number that said yes matched the number that stated they had political aspirations.

All those paper records, the dealers bound book records and the 4473’s are in boxes all over the whose. 5 years after I closed my store in the 80’s I tried to find the serial number for a gun stolen from a friend and ATF basically said they had no idea where my records were in the whse.
