The US government proposed three contracts totaling around $1.1 billion on September 2, 2022, for the provision of armaments and technical assistance to Taiwan.
China is pleading with the US to cease giving Taiwan weapons as a consequence of this increasing military assistance. Speaking on behalf of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, Mao Ning said on September 5 that such acts pose a danger to heighten tensions in the Taiwan Strait.
At a press conference, Mao said, “The Chinese side urges that the United States follow our bilateral agreements and cease providing weapons to Taiwan and undertaking military drills involving Taipei. It is unnecessary to introduce additional variables that heighten tensions in the Taiwan Strait.”
Mao emphasized the significance of the US refraining from using “political manipulations” to undermine China. Mao stated, “The US must cease using Taiwan to restrict China.
TAAS, a state-run Russian media source, highlighted the contents of this $1.1 billion assistance package:
Radar station hardware and logistical support, four ATM-84L-1 Harpoon Block II missiles, 60 AGM-84L Harpoon Block II anti-ship missiles, and 100 AIM-9X Block II Sidewinder air-to-air missiles.
Although the US Congress has not yet given these assistance agreements a thorough study, many experts on international relations think that Congress will ultimately approve this idea.
China is concerned about the US’s expanding military cooperation and political relations with Taiwan. Taiwan is an essential component of China, as the Chinese government has often stated. The US has been warned by Chinese officials to uphold the One China policy’s guiding principles.
Taiwan has been locally administered since since the Communists beat the Nationalists in 1949 during the Chinese Communist Revolution (1945–1949). It is, nonetheless, regarded as one of China’s provinces by the majority of the international community, including Russia.
Beginning in 1979, the US severed diplomatic connections with Taiwan and publicly recognized China’s mainland leaders as the country’s legitimate leaders. The US has ostensibly upheld this One China policy since 1979. But in recent years, it has attempted to subtly overthrow it by gradually recognizing the island’s independence and arming it.
China’s economic policies and its use of immigration as a geopolitical weapon to engage in widespread business and military espionage raise concerns. The last step is to compartmentalize the approach to China. In other words, we shouldn’t engage in a military battle with China and instead should solely concentrate on America First objectives like limiting trade and immigration from China.
It is a bridge too far to attempt to engage in a geopolitical confrontation with it.
The sensible America First strategy for the China issue is one that emphasizes trade and immigration restrictions.
Anything more would put the US on a collision course with a nuclear power, which would be devastating on all fronts.
The only option to preserve international security while upholding the US’s fundamental economic interests at home is to put America First.

I can’t see where we are going with this all-electric vehicle by 2035. Where will they get rid of the vehicles that are not electric? Who can afford an electric vehicle with the economy and taxes for open-border illegals who are not vetted? It’s my belief that the U. S. Democratic Communist Party Is following an established script with China, in order to launch another war to accomplish yet, one more of their bucket list items. Tom, My mention of President John Kennedy in my previous writing was not intended to be an indictment on him. It was simply a stepping stone by which I could segue into Clinton, Obama and Biden’s abhorrent actions with and against our military, and our Country.
Truth of the matter is, the U.S. had a presence in South Vietnam going back to 1954, I read a book in High School written about Dr. Thomas Dooley and his service with the U.S. Navy in Southeast Asia. The U.S. had military advisors in the country back then too.
I am a Vietnam Veteran. I arrived in the I Corp near Hue and Phu Bai five weeks after the Tet Offensive supposedly ended in the Ancient Capitol of Hue the end of February 1968. I was fortunate enough to have caught pneumonia at Ft. Ord one week before graduating from Basic Training. I had a 105.6 degree fever. What I learned as I recovered from the high fever was that I’d been in the Ft. Ord Hospital for a little more than two weeks. For months, I was receiving Orders that were rescinded because I hadn’t reached a physical, or training status sufficient to respond to the Orders I received. The pneumonia precluded me from being sent to Vietnam to participate in the Tet Offensive which was truly a blessing. I was assigned to an Artillery Battalion. Our guns were around the rim of the Ashau Valley; a region that continued to be an NVA stronghold after Tet. I well know why we were in Vietnam. It was frequently said by someone during our training that the only good communist is a dead communist. LO and behold, now we have them in D.C..

The CCP wants control of all aspects of technology and resources so they can also control the world and cut the American and European and eventually Russia’s influences. However, as we presently do have a government that is determined to ignore the Constitution ( unless it works in their favour ) all that remains between a malevolent administration and a disarmed population is the honesty of the American Legal System.
