According to reports, the Biden DOJ and the FBI have a document detailing a suspected “criminal scheme” that involves then-VP Joe Biden’s collaboration with a foreign national.
The document in question, according to a reliable whistleblower, apparently gives explicit details about how Biden performed the bidding of a foreign national, giving specified policy choices in exchange for payment.
House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-Ky.) and GOP Senator Chuck Grassley (Iowa) have issued a subpoena requesting that the FBI release the disputed record.
The Republicans wrote a letter to Christopher Wray, the director of the FBI, and Merrick Garland, the attorney general, this week, noting that based on “legally secured and highly trustworthy unclassified whistleblower revelations… it has been brought to our attention the fact that the United States DOJ, as well as the FBI, have an unclassified FD-1023 form.”
The FBI uses an FD-1023 form for recording interviews involving whistleblowers and various other sources.
The document, according to Comer and Grassley, provides “valuable, credible information” about “a suspected criminal plan between then-Vice President Biden together with a foreign national that involved the transfer of money to obtain policy decisions.”
The record, in addition to a general overview of impropriety, purportedly “includes an accurate account of the manner in which the alleged criminal scheme was carried out in addition to its purpose.”
In their letter, Grassley and Comer stated that because of the document’s claimed specificity, it would be straightforward for the DOJ and FBI to determine its truth.
Noting that the Biden Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation have a history of “allowing political opinions to infect their decision-making,” the Republican duo intends to “carry out an objective and independent evaluation of this issue, free of these agencies’ influence,” apparently doubting that anything would have been done about the allegations otherwise.
According to the New York Post, the document requested by the Oversight Committee was “created or changed in June 2020” and needs to be supplied by noon on May 10.
Grassley, in a second statement, expressed his alarm about the federal agencies’ seeming deference to the current president, emphasizing that “the FBI’s recent record of ignoring politically sensitive investigations requires close congressional monitoring.”
According to Comer, “the American people must be informed if President Biden sold out the United States of America in order to obtain cash for himself.”
According to the Post, the foreign country involved in the Biden matter is not China.
The FBI and the DOJ have made no response other than to say that they received the subpoena and the letter.
Until recently, the Oversight Committee has been investigating Hunter Biden’s dubious activities and the president’s alleged involvement. However, Joe Biden is said to play a key role in this document.
I don’t understand why this investigation was not started years ago, the computer of Hunter had been brought to light during Obama’s time in the Oval Office. I am surprised that Trump did not start a full investigation, but then I doubt it would ever have been allowed by the powers that be in the Oval Office. I do remember a few news reports about it back then, but they were ignored and they were just swept under the dirty rugs of the Oval Office. The boxes and boxes of papers with information that might have been detrimental to our Nation, and Joe Biden as VP should never been able to take them home as he was just Vice President, only a President could have brought them home, not a VP! Funny how that fact was talked about that Trump had papers at his home and I believe there was only one file that was top secret, and as President Trump could have declassified but the FBI raided his home anyway. I can remember when there was a TV show called “The Untouchables” and I always thought the FBI was just like them, I hate that they are not and can be bought as well as the news organizations!
