On the trial of Donald Trump, Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador stated that he thought the accusations were “fabricated.”
Like what he has experienced in the past, López Obrador thinks the accusations are being made up for political gain in order to take Trump’s name off of the ballot in 2024 and hinder him from regaining the presidency.
At a press conference, López Obrador stated, “Right now, former President Trump is claiming that they’re going to arrest him. If that were the case, his name wouldn’t be listed on the ballot, right?”
“I too have been a victim of the creation of a crime, when they didn’t wish for me to run,” he continued. “Furthermore, this is utterly anti-democratic. Why not let the people make the decision?”
In response to rumors that he will be jailed on Tuesday, President Donald Trump issued a statement calling his fans to demonstrate in the streets against this injustice. Although it doesn’t appear that Trump will be detained today, there is still a good chance that he may be in the near future. These worrying trends have Trump on a war path.

“Reports, and nearly everyone, claim that there was NO AFFAIR, NO CRIME, NO BOOKKEEPING ERROR OR A MISDEMEANOR, NO “NOTHING,” OTHER THAN THE NOW PROVEN LIES TOLD BY MICHAEL COHEN, A CONVICTED FELON AND PERJURER, AND THE STRONG POSSIBILITY OF AN EXTORTION PLOT AGAINST ME, even after extensive legal study and review. So why is the D.A. looking for yet another “witness” when he was CRUSHED yesterday by Cohen’s esteemed attorney and the case against me was COMPLETELY DISPROVEN? TRUMP DERANGMENT SYNDROME!” Trump wrote.
López Obrador is not holding back. What is being done to Trump is unprecedented and demonstrates how little regard Democrats have for the law. To show these terrible forces who is in charge, Trump must become president once more in 2024.
