In a subsequent WhatsApp message from Hunter Biden to Gongwen “Kevin” Dong in 2017, just days after he had demanded payment from a CEFC business associate while President Joe Biden was “sitting” next to him, Hunter noted that the Biden family is extremely good at “doing precisely what the chairman desires. Hunter Biden also requested $10 million from Dong.”
The “chairman,” as Hunter Biden referred to him, is Ye Jianming, the CEFC’s chairman, who in 2017 paid Hunter a $1 million retainer charge for legal assistance. In February 2017, Ye also gave Hunter a large diamond that was estimated to be worth $80,000.
According to an email sent in 2017 from Hunter Biden’s laptop, the Biden family’s partnership with CEFC is most known for having a share of “10 held by H for the big guy.” Tony Bobulinski, James Biden, and Jim Bulger were amongst those working on the CEFC project.
Hunter Biden wrote to Kevin on August 3, 2017, urging him to stop fighting “over peanuts” and reach an agreement by putting the matter to rest “tonight… and get to work. I’ve had enough of this, Kevin. At any legal practice in America, I could be receiving $5 million in wages.”
Hunter scribbled, “Very simple. 10 M budget each year to be used to further the JV’s interests. I am absolutely unfamiliar with this jump to 5M, and it is certainly unacceptable.”
“If you believe this is about the money, you are mistaken,” Hunter said. “The Bidens are the greatest I know at carrying out the chairman’s wishes for this collaboration. Let’s not fight over crumbs, please.”
The next day, on August 4, 2017, CEFC Infrastructure Investment made a payment of $100,000.375 to Owasco P.C. A U.S. bank reported the sum as suspicious behavior.
According to Breitbart News, the Biden family firm received a total of $5.1 million through many accounts, including Owasco and Hudson West III LLC, within days of Hunter Biden’s communications to CEFC.
A communication from Hunter Biden to Kevin was relayed to Congress by an IRS whistleblower. “He is essentially requesting have the director phone him, and he is demanding that the director does not contact James Biden, Tony [Bobulinski], in addition to Jim Bulger,” the IRS whistleblower said.
Hunter also conveyed the terms of a $5 million interest-free loan in a communication to Kevin on August 3, 2017. “Owasco, in collaboration with Hudson, will decide on my (Biden’s) costs and how BIDEN will (lend 5M) funds,” Hunter stated.
Hunter Biden acquired money from the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma, claims a second IRS informant. He routed the money to a Chinese company operated by one of his accomplices, who then “loaned” the funds to Hunter instead of declaring the money to be income and then making tax payments on it.

If the Biden family was scrutinized HALF of what the Trumps were, and are continuing to be, there would be a hue and cry to remove him from office, and he would be the first President to be convicted and removed from office. Unfortunately, that would leave Kamala “giggles” Harris our new President, which would be even worse than what we have now. Better to wait until 2024, and elect a new President that is qualified to run our great country (not necessarily Donald Trump).
