The Pressure to Prosecute Nancy Pelosi Grows

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s damage to the American people cannot be understated — and Americans are starting to wake up to it.

Now, a petition to prosecute Pelosi is rapidly gaining steam. The petition collected more than 25,000 signatures in its first 24 hours after publication — and the number is still rising.

Let’s take a quick look at the damage the Speaker has done.

Since the start of the pandemic, over 100,000 businesses have been shut down. More than 55% of businesses listed on Yelp.com have closed their accounts, and over 7.5 million more small businesses are at risk of closing. The latest suicide rates are from 2018, but according to historical data, the spiking unemployment rate can be expected to boost suicides by 1%.

While all this is going on, the death rates from the Chinese virus are still lower than those of the following:

  • Heart disease: 647,457
  • Cancer: 599,108
  • Unintentional injuries: 169,936
  • Chronic respiratory diseases: 160,201

The Coronavirus death rate ranks fifth at 160,000 deaths according to the Center for Systems Science and Engineering at Johns Hopkins University.

So all of this damage to our economy, to the rule by Constitutional law, and to our God-given rights is being done in the name of fear of the fifth most deadly health crisis in America. Why do we not shut down the country for heart disease or cancer? Why are the glyphosate factories not shuttered?

More and more Americans are waking up to the fact that our response to the pandemic is not sensible. Still, people are being run out of grocery stores, fined, jailed, put out of work, and put out of business over COVID-19 fears.

And yet again, we have another in a series of ranking Democrats caught on tape defying the very mask mandates that they openly threaten us to obey. This time it was Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi.
She was filmed walking into and around inside a hair salon with her naked, breathing face open to promote the spread of Bolognavirus hither and thither. Whether you believe in the supposed threat of the virus or not, that is a direct slap in the face of every American. It is a filthy insult to every person who has been put out of work or put out of business. It is one such insult among many.

In response to the public outrage, according to Zero Hedge, Pelosi released the following statement:

“I take responsibility for trusting the word of the neighborhood salon that I’ve been to over the years many times, and when they said, ‘We are able to accommodate people one person at a time.’ I trusted that. So I take responsibility for falling for a setup. And that’s all I’m going to say on that.”

Calling this a “dodge” simple doesn’t do it justice. Pelosi is complicit in the economic destruction of small businesses across the country. Yet, she is perfectly happy to acquire their services — and throw them under the bus right after.

Pelosi deserves to be prosecuted.
