According to Israeli media sources, Iran launched drones against Israel on Saturday; they are on their route, but it might take hours for them to reach their target.
The attack was reported by Axios and Walla’s Barak Ravid.
The attack is purportedly a response to an Israeli bombing that took the lives of seven senior Iranian military leaders in Damascus, Syria, on April 1. The raid also involved the elimination of two generals. Iran has been attacking Israel through terrorist proxies for decades, and after the October 7 assault by Hamas, the attacks picked up speed.
Israel’s Home Front Command ordered the dispersal of protests in support of the captives who remain in Gaza, which are a Saturday night custom throughout most of the nation, and closed schools for the following two days in advance of the strike. There were also restrictions on other sizable gatherings.
The ongoing offensive also caused the abrupt cancellation of a military briefing that was supposed to take place Sunday morning with Breitbart News.
It is unclear whether Israel will launch a counterattack on Iranian soil as promised or whether its aerial defense system will be able to handle the drone strike.
On Saturday night, there were sounds of fighter jets over the northern Galilee.
The drone attack may signal a significant intensification of a three-and-a-half-decade struggle between Iranian radicals and the West.
Update: Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister, released a statement:
“Israeli citizens, Israel has been getting ready for an Iranian direct attack for some years now, but particularly in the last few weeks. With our defensive systems in place, we are prepared for any situation, both defensively and offensively. Israel is a powerful state. The IDF is powerful. The populace is robust.
“We value the US’s support for Israel as well as that of many other nations, including Britain and France. We have established a definite principle: We will damage those who harm us. We shall take decisive, cool-headed action to defend ourselves against any threat. Israel’s citizens, I am aware of your common sense. I implore you to adhere to the IDF Home Front Command’s instructions. With God’s assistance, we shall stand as a team and vanquish all of our adversaries.”
Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari, a spokesman for the Israel Defense Forces, released a statement detailing a solitary drone that Iran launched from its own land. Israel has declared that it will attack Iran in retaliation for any attack from Iranian territory.

Since they are wicked Kazharians and not of the tribes of Canaan they need to return to the land of their true ancestors which is western Russia and the Ukraine.
